3. Nature of our products — important health notice
Our products are dietary supplements made from plant-based ingredients. They are NOT medicines and are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, including cancer. These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

5. Orders, prices and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or refuse or cancel any order, including after confirmation; if we cancel an order that has been paid, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method. Payment is due at the time of order. By providing a payment method you confirm you are authorized to use it. The charge will appear on your statement under "Adam & Partners LLC" (or an abbreviation of that name).

We try to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images or other content are complete, current or error-free. Product formulations are proprietary; ingredient information is provided on the product label.

All content on this site — text, images, logos, product names (including ULGEN and Ancestor) — belongs to Adam & Partners LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.
